BGCI is working with ArbNet to conduct a twinning program, pairing arboreta and public gardens around the world. The initiative known as the Botanic Garden Partnership Programme uses a survey provided by arboreta and gardens with an algorithm to match mutually beneficial institutions together. It also offers a possible grant opportunity for these paired institutions. The program is already underway with a few pairs of gardens working on collaborative developments.
Visit BGCI's site here for more details on the program.
